Omega Speedmaster 125 bracelet concerns

Hi!
I wanted to ask you what do you think of this Omega Speedmaster 125, especially its bracelet? Usually they have more masive links, but I have found that it could be from the late production of this watch. I hope that photos are good enough, but in case it is hard to read, the bracelet number is 1225/212-2. Also do you think it is possible that this watch came with polished sides? I assume that they probably have been polished out at some point, but maybe it is somehow connected with different bracelet.
Thanks!

Wrong caseback. Wrong bracelet. Bit of a franken watch I think. Have you bought it?

I was not sure about this caseback too. But are you sure about this bracelet though? I have found someone saying this in the Internet:
"We have observed some models with another bracelet: the 1225/212. It came out very near the end of the Speedmaster 125’s production run and was used until relatively recently."
It is my friends watch, he wanted me to find some info.

I know enough to know I don’t know enough….but wrong caseback sets lots of alarm bells ringing. On the plus side it is a 1041 movement - a lot of Frankenstein use the 1040. The crystal looks like it needs replacing. Case overpolished.
