·I have a few very reluctant sales coming up shortly due to work being very quiet at the moment and after 6 years I need to put a ring on it!! 😲
I purchased this beautiful Omega Speedmaster 105.003-63 last year up in Scotland. Since my ownership I have acquired an extract from Omega and had the watch serviced by Simon Freese watch makers.
During the service the watch cleaned, glass polished, I also had to have the pushers replaced. Watch will still be under the warranty given by Simon Freese.
What gives this particular piece a great look is the dial, talking to Simon Freese he mentioned the lume has been taken off early in its life as a lot of people back in the day didn’t like the discolouration/patina. With the lume taken off early it now has a beautiful uniform mocha look. This look won’t be for everyone but I’ve never been one to follow the herd. Others might choose to relume but in the flesh this looks stunning and definitely stands out from the crowd in a positive way. Pictures really don’t do this watch justice. The fade and wear on the bezel also really compliments the overall look.
Notes worth highlighting are:
Crown is a previous service replacement.
Top of the DON bezel has a minor flat spot.
Case back has a very minor ding below the Hippocampus.
Paint off lower sub dial hand.
Head only.
PRICE : £8950 sterling to me. (roughly $11500) (roughly €10200)
Based in the UK, under the flight path of Eastmidlands Airport.
Face to face preferred but understandably not essential.
Bank transfer, PayPal (any fees covered by buyer), cash on collection.
I have given a very honest opinion on the watch but the pictures should cover everything else. No returns unless grossly misrepresented.
Any questions please don’t hesitate.
Thanks for the space as always OF.
