Omega speed master second hand INOP

Hello all,

I sent my watch out in April to swatch, but after numerous delays I decided to request the watch back. This morning I received it back, but to my surprise the second hand keeps stopping after moving a few seconds. I then move the crown, and it'll move for a little more then stop once again. Any suggestions? I'll be calling swatch on Monday when they open again. Thanks in advance!

It wasn't sent in to be repaired, but just to be polished on the casing/face. It was working flawlessly prior. They even stated it only need polishing.
