·Hi I purchased the above named watch in April 2021 and due to covid haven't been away since this summer. When away and using this watch in a swimming pool I noticed water had entered the watch face.upon my return I have returned the watch to the Omega store in which I purchased the watch in which they have sent it to Omega for servicing.
they are stating that the water ingress liability is with myself however I do not know how this has occurred as this is a diving watch and no crowns where in an open position, has anyone else heard or experienced this?. the retail store have stated that many costs will be down to me for serving and repair which I find very strange considering I bought a drivers watch and it simply broke in a holiday swimming pool.
any advice would be appreciated.
