Looks like early/mid 60’s. I can’t recall the reference for that case but someone will likely ID it. If not the reference is inside the caseback.
Unfortunately it’s been well worn. The dial is heavily worn/damaged, all the hands are wrong and the crown is wrong.
One option would be to have it serviced and simply wear it as is. That’s the cheapest quickest option. If you wanted to go the whole hog and bring it back to what it looked like when it was new, you would be best confirming the reference number and buying a donor watch, salvaging the dial, hands and crown to use with your case and movement.
