I was seriously considering it, but the dial was a bit too damaged for me to be comfortable going for it.

Didn't see it much less bid, but that's a fair price, considering the melt value of the bracelet.

From the pictures, it’s not clear whether the damage is on the dial or the crystal.

I would be interested in seeing that watch with a new OEM crystal. Case looks to be in nice shape.

I’ve not seen that kind of hallmarking on the bracelet before. Might be for US market only.

A well bought piece.

I think the damage is the crystal not the dial. The dial might have a patina or spotting, but still acceptable. It's a fair price if the bracelet is really 14k. I am unsure if the bracelet is orignial Omega or even 14k gold. The bracelet looks okay to you?

The triangle mark is an official Omega branding.

But why the added 14K, where there is already a manufacturers 14K mark already there? Further, why a 14K bracelet with an 18K watch.

Certainly needs more research.

That's what I was thinking too at first, but after looking at the pictures for a long time I realized that even if the crackling/crazing is on the crystal, the raised bumps/detritus are clearly indicative of humidity damage on the dial.

Moisture contamination for sure. Crystal damage for sure. Dial damage for sure.

Looked at listing and see no movement pix, mighty strange to me.

What's the melt value?
