Basically the case, dial and movement are in rough shape and have seen a lot of moisture. It is also a redial. Can you return it?

Compare "OMEGA AUTOMATIC" font to other examples.

As Dan mentioned, the fonts and even the individual letters all vary:

So,that's mean the dial is not original?

Repainted, most likely. Anything written on the dial is questionable.

Do you have a photo of the inside of the case-back?

Does it run? Consider it a parts watch. My guess probably worth $75 to $100. I could use the balance 😀

Well its clearly not a SM DE VILLE and I don't recall ever seeing a Tiffany dial on this reference, usually solid gold cases. Fonts all look pretty poor as well.

The ampersand in Tiffany & Co. had a rough night out and is a little wonky.

There is also a mis-match between hands and unlumed dial as well as a missing "Swiss Made"...
Redialed example of an undesirable reference in poor condition.

The invisible seconds hand?

Heh. I was thinking to myself that it was weird that no-one had remarked upon the obviously missing "Swiss Made". Completely missed that there wasn't a seconds hand 🤦
