Omega Seamaster Ref 166.002 SGR case

Folks,

First of all, thank for the help.

I bought this 1962 semaster, supposedly for my naked eye it would be an ref 166.009 with the 562 caliber.
This one came with the caseback ref 166.002.
My question is the caseback was swapped or not? The fact is from SGR change the ref number?

Yes that’s categorically not a 166.002 case. It has the incorrect caseback

Been redialled or dial replaced. The font of OMEGA is wrong for the era, the automatic font is right but not with the movement or model. The lugs are very worn. It's a mess.

Hands are incorrect too.

Can you return it?
