Omega Seamaster - real or just a fake?

The case and horns look very rounded, but the face and hands are pretty unusual. Fake, real? Please let me know, I suspect it to be what we call Bastel-Wastel (Frankenwatch), but I would be eager to stand corrected.

It is for sale on a local site here.

The case has seen the hard wheel of an industrial buffing machine.
The dial has been re-painted in an attempt to look like what the artist thought a Seamaster looked like.

Who knows what it was originally.
