can I use this part to my Omega watch and what is the difference between this models ?

You need to read up on the difference between the Product Identification Code or PIC and the case number which usually is of the form xxx.xxxx

The latter is normally more useful when it comes to ordering parts. What is stamped inside your caseback? That will tell you what your case number actually is.
