·Here's a lovely watch that after a couple of years of ownership doesn't get much time on the wrist, so it's time to move it on.
Omega Seamaster chronograph, 145.024 aka "Jedi" (or "Flat Jedi")
The watch head appears all original - slight fading to the dial, hands showing some signs of age, case has not been polished and has a few marks and small dinks as a result of wear.
Comes with original inner & outer box, "You and Your Omega" booklet, service history.
History: Watch dates to ~1971, serviced in 2017 by Simon Freese.
Movement: 861 in good condition, everything works and timekeeping is as you'd expect. Serial in the 31m range.
Bracelet: VGC 1116/148 which was fitted in my ownership. Lug width is 20mm.
Size: 40mm wide excl crown & pushers, 48mm top to bottom
I'm looking for £2,750 net to me, and would prefer a face/face deal in the UK, otherwise I'll cover UK postage. Delivery extra for RoW. I'm often in the US if you'd prefer to get it from there.
Any questions, just ask please...
And now, for the pictorial onslaught... the first few are using @Spacefruit's "focus stacking" technique (albeit without the lighting set up nor skills/experience), and then after the inner case back, they're just regular snaps from either SLR or phone camera. The focus stacking tends to do a good job of highlighting every nick and flaw.
