As I am new to this forum, and tried to search for this problem here, coudlnt find it (correct me if im wrong)

I got new Seamaster at the beginning of 2019, and what i noticed that as you have two buttons to open the clasp, one from time to time got stuck.

    Stuck button

When the button is stuck this is how it looks like (see the main metal piece is not in line with the bottom part, as if it's smaller than the gap it fits in):

Left one faulty, right one is good (you can clearly see how the main metal piece in left one has small gap):

1st time brought it to authorized service center - replaced the spring

    same problem happening

2nd time brought it to authorized service center - also replaced some part

    still same problem happening

Then I searched forums and realized that I guess my model is from faulty batch

P.S. the pictures above taken after 2nd time when I found people with the same problem (pictures below)

Took it for 3rd time to authorized service center, now I'm getting new clasp under warranty. There seems to be also another problem with the clasp (watchmaker showed me pictures) but that problem wasn't mine.

Sounds like the service center is doing the right thing. Usually they attempt to fix the issue a few times then resign to replacement.

I believe this is a known problem on clasps and should be replaced. I think Archer posted about this sometime ago with Omega's documentation.
