··Vintage Omega AficionadoI'd also replace the crown with the original style, as they're still available, and of course wouldn't polish the case, just clean it.
If the crystal is original to the watch I'd leave it like this, if not you can also replace it; they're not expensive.
The prices in the US of these parts are significantly higher.
