My problem is that since yesterday wanting to set the time the winding crown has completely pulled off!
Is it broken or can it be rescrewed in? Capture d’écran 2014-03-24 à 09.29.21.png

You don't quote your case reference, however it looks like a two part stem. It needs to be pushed back into engagement, just like a dislocated shoulder.

The alignment of the two parts of the stem have to be checked with a magnifier (with the crystal off) before the pushing can commence.

If not done properly, you could damage your movement, this is a case for.................."The Watchmaker!"

I assume no responsibility for your watch, but here's what I do: shine a light into the tube to see the orientation of the male-side of the stem. Line the female-side up as best as you can and stick it back into the tube GENTLY until the two parts touch.
If you turn the crown a bit, side-to-side, you will feel where the male and female parts "seat." When you feel they are seated, snap it in.
Chances are the stem (both sides) need replacement as they wear out and come apart (as they did for you). But sometimes when you snap them back together they'll stay put for a while.
Be sure to use a gentle pull when setting again. If it pops out again, time for a replacement and probably a service if it hasn't had one in a few years.

No need to take the crystal off, and that really won't allow you to see anything anyway on the typical Cosmics I see. As described above, look into the case tube and see the orientation of the male part of the split stem. Then align the female part on the crown to match and push it in place. You will feel it click in place when you have it right.

If it keeps coming apart, both sections of the stem should be changed.

    Cheers, Al

Is the date window still lined up with the case tube? If not the movement may have rotated, and if so then it might be difficult to get this sorted without removing the crystal. If it has then off to the watchmaker.

    Cheers, Al

Do you have a photo or a technical drawing of the 2 sides of the stem?

Then it might just be too loose and you will need to replace both sides to make it tight again.

By the looks of your crown and stem, it may be time for a servicing anyways! Do yourself a favor and clean that up so you're not jamming dirt right into your movement.
