Dear community,

Nice to meet you all. I’m very new on this forum and would really appreciate your advice regarding a Chrono24 announce.

Here is the link: https://www.chrono24.sg/omega/omega-cosmic-automatic-vintage--id45259166.htm

I’m currently looking at this Seamaster Cosmic gold platted and would love your opinion on its authenticity.

I have a few doubts. In particular, the dial doesn’t seem to have a sunburst finish, and I’m unsure whether it may have been repainted. I also noticed that there is usually a serial number to the left of the “TOOL 107” inscription on the caseback (as seen in other examples), but in this anounce and photo below, no serial number is visible. Additionally, the logo looks almost fake or laser-engraved. Maybe I’m overthinking or too suspicious, but I’d rather ask and learn than make a mistake.

Do you think this watch appears genuine, or do these points raise red flags in your opinion?

Thank you very much for your time. Also, thank you for all your posts and comments on this forum, they make a small and humble watch enthusiasts like me very happy and motivated to learn more.
Thank you @Nupero for your first advices ;-)

Cheers,
Tony

And here is mine!
😀

Incredibly sharp and tidy example.

Re OP the watch you have there looks good to me. Cosmic's often seem to surface in good shape.
