Hello guys,
I love my simple and plain Cosmic.
Can you please confirm that the glass is wrong as it goes without any magnifier?

Thank you for your answers.

It looks as if it has an Omega logo in the middle?

Yeah, I see a logo in the middle but I've never seen a Cosmic with the magnifier. I think it's personal choice. Probably relatively cheap to change.

That's why I'm doubtful, this is an original glass, but the original one in my opinion goes without magnifier...

I have a 168.023, the Seamaster Chronometer "Sparkle"; when I first received it it had a plain dial that was an after market item. I sent it for service to an Omega trained, parts account repair guy for service. Came back with the magnifier. At first I was WTF!! but then came to like it. Like I said I could have probably sent it back and had the watchmaker change it to plain one but decided -since I wear readers along the lines of +2,5 diopter - that the watchmaker was actually doing me a favor.

Send it to a watchmaker and have him swap it out for plain one.

I have had a couple of Cosmics with magnifier and logo... don't know if out of factory or later replacement.

To me crystals aren’t a big deal if the rest of the watch is cool and that looks like a nice watch.

Not sure what you mean by original, but the crystal for this case is 063PZ5123, and it is available without a magnifier, with a magnifier for the date only as yours is 063PZ5123L, and with a larger magnifier for the day and date, that would be 063PZ5123LL.

They are all genuine crystals...

Wow, thank you! But this model, in origin, goes with or without magnifier?
