vintage help for noob - seamaster cosmic 165.026

Hello, I'm looking into picking up this vintage seamaster cosmic (165.026) and was hoping to get your eyes to spot any red flags for any non-original parts (excluding the strap obv). One thing that I wasn't sure of is the squared off stick hands. I feel like I've mostly seen these with a point. Thanks all in advance!
