Can anyone confirm if this is all original and not a redial? Based on google search all Seamasters for this reference show the long elongated 'S' from the word Seamaster. This however is a normal S.
I'm on the fence with this one. It is not the original, I do not think. It might be a service dial, but, while the "OMEGA AUTOMATIC" is believable, the "Seamaster" looks odd.
I lean towards a decent refinish but with some flaws.
As above, either S is probably OK, but the misaligned minute ticks are not and in any case all the text looks slightly off. the r in Seamaster is very short vs other round S versions.
Sorry for the late reply. Thanks everyone for all the input. Happy to know I got the S issue as well (i.e. starting to get better in detecting redials). I love browsing through and closing up on these omegas. Haha such a watch nerd. Cheers
