Omega Seamaster Chronograph 145.006-66 $3500

For sale is an Omega Seamaster chronograph ref. 145-006-66. It is sold as is and as pictured. $3500 US, firm.

The movement is a cal. 321 with serial number 25,449,507 dating it to around 1966 or 67.

I purchased this piece with the intention of restoring correct hands; the hands on it now are from a Speedmaster (or similar). The price I am offering this piece reflects this. I have been unable to source the orange chrono wedge second hand. I found a reasonably priced set of hands with a white wedge seconds hand that could be painted and will share that source with a buyer – if interested. I would also suggest planning on a service if this watch is to be worn. The seconds hand exhibits a small amount of chrono creep.

The 38mm case is in pretty good condition for its age; the edges and facets look sharp, the caseback shows some tool-marks but otherwise looks sharp. The crystal is signed. The crown and pushers are in good condition.

The movement and inside caseback pictures are from the eBay seller I purchased from. The rest are my pictures and accurately reflect the condition of the watch.

I prefer regular PayPal as a payment but I am flexible. The price includes all PP fees and insured shipping by USPS in the continental USA. International shipping is negotiable.
