omega seamaster caliber 1342

I have an omega seamaster caliber 1342, I know how to put my watch right, but I can not get the seconds right, the minute bounces when the seconds pointer is on the 9, I would like this to happen when the seconds pointer is on the 12

I have let the seconds run for minutes, kept the pointer still for seconds, pressed the seconds pointer forward for a few seconds, but I do not succeed, whatever I try, I can’t get the minute pointer on a full minute when the seconds pointer is on the 12.

Have you got an idea how to get this prefect correctly, or is this a lot of patience and luck?
