I saw a lot of them at ebay for sale but what's the typical price they go for? Redial or not...polished and serviced. What things to avoid when trying to buy one of those? Fake etc?

Do you think if I have budgeted around $600-$1k is sufficient enough to get one? Also, how often they required servicing, oiling etc? How much they normally goes for servicing by a good watchmaker, not Omega AD?

Is this fake, especially from HK...?

Water got into that watch from the looks of the movement, so the dial would show this if it were original. It's a redial.
