My best guess would be the crazing on the copper bridge is chasing buyers off?
This watch in true mint condition would be 2000 USD or close. I'd take a 67% discount for this one all day long because it's not only 33% as nice as mint.
I've already too many of these sea masters or else I'd be all over this one.

Strip the watch down and you'll get well over $800 for the sum of the parts, easy.
