What kind of Seamaster is it? Do you need to retain water resistance? If it's recent and you do then you could try Hancock's in the Jewellery Quarter, they can do it properly. If it's older and/or you aren't worried about getting it pressure checked, any Timpsons can do it or you could even have a go yourself. It's not rocket science.

Another option it to post it to Swiss Time Services. Not the cheapest but they do factory quality work.

When the high street jeweler who did battery replacement for my 1970s Seamaster closed I first tried Timpsons who have been fine with beaters but now it seems they pressure-test by default watches like that. However, it takes several weeks and quadruples the cost. When the modern batteries in an old 1342 movement last 12 months at best this makes that watch very expensive to keep running. But another local shop offering much the same services as Timpsons in a smaller way did the job just fine. This watch has never been pressure tested in the 42 years I've owned it but I have never been tempted to attempt fore-deck sail changes in a Force Six or even swimming with it so not testing it hasn't worried me.

So if you want it tested Simpsons will be fine (if it passes...), if not try other local small shops and save a lot of money.
