Omega Seamaster 600 Afghan Air Force Military-Issued...Dial Check?

So don't know if this constitutes a barnyard find, but bought this Omega Seamaster 600 off a community marketplace for a low price and it came with a nice box. However, the caseback marking also shows this to be an Afghan Air Force military-issued which makes this Seamaster 600 a bit more special.

Only issue is the dial is very clean and for being worn in the middle east,...too clean? The seller told me it was his grandfather's, an Ambassador to the UK, and maybe he only kept it in the box with the orriginal Omega packaging tissue?!? However, the rusted crown gives me some concern.

If this is an original dial, then this is a barnyard find for me, as I always wanted a military issued Omega, even if Afghan Air Force. Thanks for you help as always!

I think it's the glare from the lighting...lol. 5 o'clock marker is fully there. Had me scared for a sec.

Opened the caseback and feel much better about the condition of this watch. Movement looks clean and maybe untouched? How did the crown get so corroded?
