Hey guys, what do you think of this watch? Serial number got me wondering if it was real. Shouldn't it have a period " . " dividing it like 360.099?

About 80% certain that dial isn't original to the watch. The 136.0099 is a Geneve model and should have a painted logo, not applied metal. As for the period in the case reference, I've seen both ways done
