Hi Omega Seamaster 300m 8800 owners, does your chronometer watch slow down by as much as 3mins inaccuracy after say like 2 months of usage even though you wear it daily?

My watch is about 5 months old and I find the accuracy not as what I expected

That works out to be -180s in 60d, -3s per day. Not concerningly inaccurate to me, but it is technically out of spec per METAS 0/+6spd.

If under warranty, you could try taking it to your AD and asking to have it adjusted for free but I personally wouldn't bother.

It’s not ideal that it is losing time, gaining is better and easier to handle and as noted above it’s technically out of spec but you are asking a lot from a mechanical watch to not reset it every now and then. Once a fortnight would be enough to keep within a minute all the time.
