Is the 8800 a downgrade in accuracy?

I really don't understand the accuracy issue. I mean sure, a watch should be accurate but if accuracy is such an important aspect, then a Quartz movement should be the obvious choice.
Understanding the accuracy limits of any automatic watch makes living with it much more acceptable as then you already know to make adjustments from time to time if it is really a concern.
Am I missing something? I much prefer the looks of my 8800 vs the aqua terra. Of course this is my opinion and many will not agree, but I guess my point is, get the watch which appeals to you and don't let minor movement differences be the decider...
Yes. Accuracy is to me important. Especially when it's made possible and promised.

Sure, and I agree fully but what I meant to say was the concern in accuracy difference between the 8800 and 8900 movements. It just seems insignificant to me.
