·I recently received an Omega Seamaster 300 M Chrono Diver Reference Number 2599.80.00.
The watch is awesome however it is consistantly running 1 minute slow per 24 hours. There are no other issues that I can see. From my research I am guessing it needs servicing.
So my question is:
1) How urgent is it to service right away (can I enjoy it for a few weeks before sending it out)
2) Sending it to Omega Service center vs using a local watch place, what is the best practice? I know that an Omega service will cost a ton $700+ specialy because of the chronograph complication + it will take 4-6 weeks to get it back. But I also don't want some local guy to mess it up.
Any advice help would be apreciated.
