Omega seamaster 30. Just swiss made but fluorescent under UV??

Hi everybody
i actually bought this seamaster 30 that to my opinion was with genuine dial but now i have a concern. Is just a swiss made but is fluorescent under the UV and i was thinking to happen just for the "t swiss made t".

Can you help me understanding this?

Your watch is likely pre 1964 when dials were required to be marked for tritium.
