Sorry but it’s fake..
Sorry to tell you that it's worth nothing.
Because it's supposed to be a stainless steel case, this obviously isn't due to the chrome wearing through and exposing the base metal shell.
Because the Hippocampus logo looks like it was made from melted butter.
Because the style of hands was never used by Omega on Seamasters.
Because the "Seamaster" script on the dial is in the wrong font.
When you've spent years viewing and collecting Omegas, you can usually tell at first glance.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news,
Don’t know if it’s fake but it’s horribly damaged.
The dial is refinished, the case is gold plated with the plating completely worn, the hands appear to be incorrect replacements— its only worth the value of the movement inside if it is indeed Omega.
I’d say it can’t be worth more than 100 dollars?
(And even that I’m not sure)
You know better than this. Fake junk worth nothing. 100% sure.
I’m not saying otherwise.
I’m just saying I know absolutely nothing about Omega.
The only reason I took the liberty to chime in while I know nothing is that I know enough about vintage watches to see it was wrong in many respects.
Well you give a very good impression of knowing an awful lot, or at least that was my impression based on your earlier post which are usually worthy of respect. I am sorry if I credited you with an expertise that in fact lays elsewhere! 👍
