Hello guys i just restored this 2846 seamaster automatic cal.501. And I‘m wondering if this dial configuration is rare or not. Ps: i know that it is patinated/damaged

I'm not seeing anything to describe that dial as rare. There are loads and loads of slightly varying dials in SM's of this period, this is just one of many.

There are many variations of these dials so any particular one might not be easy to find online, but that doesn't really make it rare. What aspect do you think is rare? The general design, with the outer silvered ring is definitely not rare.

May not be a rare dial but at least it's not a re-dial. Looks nice on the wrist. Enjoy it!

If by rare you mean not commonly seen then yes, that one is rarer than most and quite nice though personally I prefer those with more balance between the major and minor hour indices. Indeed I can't say I have noticed it before so it might be a bit of a unicorn. As noted above though, rare doesn't necessarily mean valuable.

Looks like a nice honest vintage restore. And nice choice of strap to go with it. Fun piece to enjoy!
