Omega Seamaster 2846-2848 Authenticity Check

Recently came across this vintage Seamaster with gold dagger indices that I’ve never seen before, except for on the old 1956 Olympics reference. Curious if anyone has seen the same markers on another reference like this, or if maybe this particular one was swapped out. Would really appreciate any thoughts / insights. Thanks!

I have one similar. It stopped keeping time recently and I took it to the only omega certified watch repairer I know in town. They quoted $1300. I said the watch was barely worth that much.. they said it was worth a few thousand.. (I doubt it sincerely) I presume to encourage me to pay the $1300… service, back gasket, plexi, crown, rotor axel.. The indices that look like coffins have been super hard to find! I love my watch..I’ll get a second opinion and save my pennies…
