Omega Seamaster 200m quartz stops when you touch the case

Has anyone seen this before ? If so could you please share your thoughts of why it would stop when you touch the crown or case, the battery is a new Retina. Swapped the circuit board and all working as it should.

Most likely a grounding issue. If swapping the pcb took care of the problem then grounding issue has been resolved.
