Omega Seamaster 200m Pre-Bond Question

Hi, I have a Omega Seamaster 200m Pre-Bond. The bezel is no longer clicking, just moving in either direction. I took the bezel off and noticed the small downward pointing piece of metal on the bezel spring is missing.

Does anyone hve a source for these?
