Not serviced, then. I wouldn’t offer more than 1k GBP given the 9k gold and soft case.

If redialed, the value is near zero. Maybe 100 GBP for parts.
The 9k gold would be worth more than £100

If you’re going to see it in person, you can judge the condition better. With the lighting in the photos it’s pretty hard to judge the condition, to be totally honest.

Unfortunately the only thing Omega lists on the Extranet for this number is the case itself, and there’s no information on dials, hands, etc.

Photos attached from looking in person.
Looks heavily polished, a few marks on the glass and some dust in the dial.
Also the top left corner of the day date window pain looks to have come off
Bracelet looks knackered and wrong style.

Any other thoughts/concerns?
