Does anyone have an insight as to this dial, I cannot find another that has '12' instead of the big triangle and with a date. It's from 1968 from what I can tell with a 565 movement.

I don't think it is as everything else checks out. Unfortunately from what I can tell is that in the US you can't order an extract.

I am nowhere close to the expert but imo this dial and hands are fake as hell.

You can order an extract from US, there is a thread about it.

It looks genuine but with a poorly repainted dial.
