Omega Seamaster 145.016 Cal. 321: Original Hands?

Reference I believe 145.016. There is a similar version with square onyx hour markers.

Looks more like 145.018 with that case. Have you opened it to see the inside caseback? Is it cal 861 or 321?

I own this stainless steel Seamaster. Somebody suggested the hands are not original?

Does anyone else own a similar example with the finer hour markers for comparison?

I will take it to Omega. They should be able to tell me in what watch the movement originated.
