Omega Seamaster 14389 - Too Clean?

Aside from the polish, am I wrong to think this dial also looks too clean as the hands seem to have fully skeletonized? Or have I just been looking at too many dials lately?

Right, but that's what makes me wonder where did the flaked off lume from the hands end up if it's not in the case? I know it has a replaced crystal, so I'm guessing maybe it was just cleaned at that time?

The dial looks ok to me at first glance. The lume in the hands probably had some damage, and the owner just decided to have it completely removed.
