·Aside from the polish, am I wrong to think this dial also looks too clean as the hands seem to have fully skeletonized? Or have I just been looking at too many dials lately?

·The dial looks ok to me at first glance. The lume in the hands probably had some damage, and the owner just decided to have it completely removed.
