If that is plexi glass and I’m not sure, you could polish out most of it away with Polywatch and a bit of elbow grease.
As a side do you have any history with the watch please share. I’m sure someone will come along with a place to source a replacement.

The plexi glass is oxidizing. You will need to have it replaced.

The code for the crystal you require is 063PZ5105. Sometimes it will be advertised without the first 3 digits so PZ5105. Try searching for one on Ebay
