Hi everyone, I'm new. Can anyone tell me if this specimen is authentic before I buy it? The seller only sent me these shots. Thanks to everyone

Seems genuine but I don’t know how a seller could realistically expect anyone to buy a watch based on those photos.
Unless it’s an unbelievable deal I’d ask for more photos to adequately assess condition

ciao. le sfere sono ok? sembrano troppo nuove. il quadrante sembra autentico e anche la lunetta

The hands all appear ok but as I said, it’s hard to be sure from those photos and the video isn’t much help.

I've bought SM 120s based on worse pics when the price was right and been lucky, but as @Davidt said, it really depends on the price.

If I were buying, I think I'd gladly take a punt on this one based on the current pics at $1250 or less, but that's based on my personal risk tolerance.

It looks like you've got a lot of additional length on the bracelet based on the pin position in the clasp.

Gonna drop this OF thread link here. @gemini4 shares a bunch of great knowledge to start and then it’s followed up by many members with helpful hints. It was a treasure trove for me when I was looking into the references.

Dont get why people try to sell things with such bad photo's. Always give me the vibe of trying to hide something. The short gif is good btw, watch looks good.

Endlinks of the bracelet look a bit filed off. But i have a couple of 547 endlinks which look the same, so could be nothing to worry about.

Agreed, but I consider 1250 a no question purchase. The bezel and bracelet look good here. Selling both of those alone can likely recoup the 1250.

Certainly a reasonable vibe, but I think the reason is usually innocent. The seller may be older and not as tech savvy. Many people are surprised to find out that the old watch that they bought or inherited decades ago and is sitting in the back of their drawer is worth much.
