I found the following watch for sale, it looks correct to me, but i would welcome any advice from the forum experts!
It is only 33mm, but i really like salmon dials!

I think it’s a bit of a frankenwatch, although the dial may very well be correct for this reference. The movement also looks correct.

The seconds hands is too short and the other hands should not have lume.

So this is not a piece that should sell for full retail. What I don’t know is whether proper black leaf hands can be found.

Thank you, I thought movement and dial look original. Seller is asking for 450 euro.

if you really like the watch, and you do not care that much about authenticity i think you should give it a go, maybe make the seller an offer?

I actually care about authenticity and 450 is the best offer. I think it is too much for this watch.

Thanks, but I mainly liked the dial color, I prefer 40s/50s Omegas.

How is it from 1935 by the way? Also how do you know the movement is authentic?

With so many fake Omege's, it scared me, but honestly this is coming from someone who knows nothing about the era - the Omega serial decoder said 1923 for that serial, but I might've read it wrong too

The seller claimed it was 1935. I only said that the movement and the dial looked authentic to me, I have no idea if they are original to this watch, that is why i posted here.

6514358 points to 1923
I think the first digit is a “8” not a “6”. That’s going to get you to the mid 1930’s.

Note that 9M should read 1936, not 1926.

Nobody’s perfect.
