I guess it depends on the level/type of damage of the quartz movement...(need pics) but usually they are not economical, i.e. the service is higher than the cost of the watch. If it carries sentimental value and absolutely must be fixed, I think the only way would be to find a donor movement (unless your movement is not beyond repair/makes economical sense)
