Full redial for sure. “T Swiss Made T” wasn’t used until around 1963. Movement dates watch to 1959 which is correct for this version of Ranchero. Case is probably correct also, but has been heavily polished.

I don’t know about hands, but there are plenty of aftermarket replacements out there.

I would pass on this one unless you need movement or case for another project.
