I have purchased a omega railmaster dial (28mm) from a seller Luxus-Freund24 on ebay

a) Could someone please tell me if they 'think' it is the original article or have I been scammed?
b) It is a 28mm dial, which of the omega would it fit? 36mm or the 39mm sizeCap watch?

Here's what I think anyways. I have no idea if it is the original article, but the lume looks a bit too good for it to be (just my opinion). And since it says "Railmaster" right on it, it probably fits on a "Railmaster".
