It looks to me like the dial isn't the extra deep Railmaster dial where the markers are sunken and filled, but rather on this watch, it looks like the lume is applied on top of the dial, which is common in the "aftermarket" variety.

·Somebody tried to erease Omega and realised halfway, that Rolex had not a model called Railmaster.... Priceless !
