Increase in straps as well. Glad I purchased my Seamaster Planet Ocean last month.

The NTTD jumped $600.

That might seem like a lot, but we have to realize there is a corresponding increase in quality and value.

If the tariffs through negotiation or other means are reversed, I wonder if Omega will reduce the prices accordingly?

Of course not.

The price increase in the US is not because of tariffs, it's due to exchange rates and increases in material and labor, i.e. inflation. About 5% or so, it's been a few years since the last increase (Jul 2023 I believe) so over that time period it's not unexpected or out of line. Back in the 70's and 80's prices would be adjusted 3 and 4 times a year when inflation was raging at +15%.

Price increase on accessories. About +$20 for clasps, straps, & sailing bracelets, +$10 for buckles, +$10-$20 for NATOs, and the mesh bracelet sees no price increase.

I wonder if the bracelet I ordered in February that just got to the OB will have gone up? Find out Saturday I guess. I actually never knew the exact price, I just told her to get it. And I'm glad my Snoopy showed up in January and not June........

If you aren't really willing to pay an extra 5%, shouldn't you be questioning yourself if you can afford a luxury watch to begin with?
$10k is now $10.500, really and nobody pays retail anyway.

Snoopy's, EW321's, and most Rolex's and Patek Philippe's are sold at retail. Even a FOIS and the white dial carry little discount these days.

With the exception of the Omegas, good luck finding the others at retail.

If memory serves me well, don’t most Swiss watchmakers increase prices at least every other year? Didn’t Omega increase prices last year? I thought seeing a post around here?

The only one I remember is the Diver 300 went up 400 in 2023 or 2024.

Curious here, is that because you compared prices in the entire inventory or this was a model you were interested? Again, just curious about these regular increases - are these across the board or just on high-demand models?

That was the only one I noticed. My other Omegas last year were new for 2024 and did not go up until today. I do find it interesting that Snoopy went up 600, white 3861 and FOIS 400 and the hesalite 3861 and diver 300 only 300 more.

I paid retail for my NTTD just a little while back. I opted to buy my watch new at an Omega boutique in PA as apposed to buying from an authorized jeweler in Delaware. I paid 6% sales tax on my purchase. I agree with you about the %. If that tax was an issue for me, I had no business being in the store. Well it looks like I got that tax back today. I'm kidding. But it feels like someone just stepped in line behind me and the lume on the dial is shining a little brighter.
