Omega pocket watch

Hi everyone
thank you for adding me to this forum
We have recently cleared out my dads house and found a box of old watches which included this old vintage omega pocket watch - I have searched but I cannot find one identical. The face is 4cm wide, I cannot open the back which appears to be a stainless steal case and the watch is not working when wound.
Would anyone have any info on this?

It is probably from 1938/39; stainles steel case with the caliber 37.5

Can you show a photo with the tab at the top pulled upwards so we can see the shape? We then might be able to determine the reference for further research.
