Omega Pocket Watch Restoration

Evening all,
Got this today from a local store. Sold as being parts only. I pretty much stick to wrist watches other than the occasional pocket watch that turns up, like this. I only paid $50 so I'm happy to put some work into it.

Movement is dated 1916 whereas the case is dated 1923.It winds counterclockwise but not clockwise, and it will not run at all. Silver case is in great condition. Inside looks to be almost greasy and dusty?

I need to replace the glass. Is it suitable to buy a third-party one?
The dial is badly damaged, but I assume it'd be too costly just judging by what I've looked at already.
The hands are mostly missing too. Is it even possible to get original Omega hands? Would it even matter?
There's a case screw that was sticking out which upon trying to tighten it, practically came out after turning slightly. Looks like it's the wrong length?

If you have input about the problem with it running, I'm all ears too!
Thank you.

It winds counterclockwise but not clockwise,
If it won't wind forward, it's probably fully wound.
It can't wind counterclockwise, that's just the clutch reversing while the ratchet wheel is held by the click.

Do not attempt to remove anything except the balance assembly until you have let the mainspring down.

Once that's done, you can proceed with disassembly and inspection to see what the problem is.

I just saw your post on RichM's thread and saw you were online. Must've manifested a response! Thank you, about to do that now.

Alright,
I've just tried doing that. Upon moving the click, the ratchet wheel doesn't move, automatically, as if it were unwinding. Sorry if I'm not using the right terminology.

One thing I have noticed is that the balance wheel moves okay. There's also some screw marks on the screw for the ratchet wheel.
