I did search, and couldn't see a similar thread, but forgive me if this is duplication.

I just spotted this watching s8e22 of Castle (bit of trash TV for which I've just got a bit of a soft spot!), right at the opening.

Aside from the obvious (Bond, Apollo 13, etc.), just thought it'd be good to have a thread for these random spots.

So eyes peeled folks...

In a TV commercial for foot cream, a lovely ladies' Constellation:

What I believe is a ladies' Constellation on the wrist of Cristina Ferrare on Hallmark Channel, but I don't know for sure.

PO chrono 3313 movement, also worn by Adam Savage on Mythbusters. He has a nice video about it done with Everyday Carry. My money is that he has a speedy pro also as he recreates NASA space suits.

You can also see this 3313 on HBO's Silicon Valley worn by the D Bag Triple Comma Billionaire.

Look at the sub dials. Then look at a real one. You'll see the differences.

Subdials are wrong. Left should be running seconds. Right chrono minutes and bottom chrono hours.

That's pretty sad using a fake POC in Castle, they had a genuine Speedmaster Pro at one point.

I'll also point out the same TV studios that produce shows like this scream bloody murder about piracy on a daily basis, how people torrenting their TV shows are committing a crime, and that downloading is theft.

What the hell is this then? The hypocrisy is laughable.

I very much doubt it, its a common enough thing on movies and TV shows that you pretty much know their prop department are just saving money by going for a fake intentionally.
