I am looking to add some leather straps for my coming Moonwatch. There is a separate OMEGA NATO strap websitehere https://nato.omegawatches.com/en but is there also a source for other (leather) OEM straps form OMEGA ?

Omega’s prices for straps is nothing short of gouging.

There’s a ton of great strap suppliers out there, even custom costs less than what Omega charges.

Broaden your horizons man, come over to the dark side!

 

Omega only equipped the Moonie with black louisiana fullcut alligator strap in 20mm tapered to 16mm (Ref. 98000008) in combination with the deployant clasp (Ref 94521613).

And unfortunately available only at your AD at no bargain.



But in fact the best strap to wear on the watch imho

 

I have a couple of straps from BOB and RIOS1931 that use the Omega deployant for my vintage Speedy MkIIs, 145.006 and others. Amazing quality for the money. You can find them here:

They come up on the sales forum and eBay now and then. Much less than from AD or OB.

 

I’ll second what @guwipa stated regarding the Omega OEM black (leather) strap (see pics below)...my modern Speedy Gonzales Moonwatch came with that strap from the factory along with the presentation box set...I dig it.





Also, I purchased an Omega OEM Barenia brown (leather) NATO strap for my modern Speedy Gonzales Moonwatch about four years ago (see pics below)...I believe it’s now called the Novonappa NATO strap...anyway, I dig it...in fact, I dig it so much that I purchased a new Novonappa NATO strap in 19mm for my recently acquired 1964 birth year 105.003 Echo Whiskey.
